Evelyn Toler Bickford Memorial - Dr. Evelyn Toler Bickford was a charter member of the Macon Junior College faculty who taught mathematics from 1968 until 2000. The Evelyn Toler Bickford Memorial Scholarship is intended for a nontraditional student recently completing learning support classes who shows an exceptional likelihood for success in future college classes.  Financial need is required.
