Gail Burdsall Cowan

Gail Burdsall Cowan - Gail Burdsall Cowan served as the second director of nursing at Macon State College. In 1973 she and her husband, Richard H. Cowan, established the Gail Burdsall Cowan Scholarship to assist a full-time student pursuing an associate nursing degree that qualifies the graduate to sit for the Registered Nurse examination.
