Jay Ragland Memorial

Jay Ragland Memorial - The Jay Ragland Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the memory of Jay Ragland, son of Gloria R. and Jack H. Ragland. Jack Ragland served as an administrator at Macon State College from 1967 to 1998 and was interim president from 1984-1985. The scholarship is awarded to a student with a grade point average of 2.50 or higher who demonstrates a need for financial assistance.
